The ProBuilder 72 Linear gas fireplace is the ideal solution for anyone looking for a beautiful, dependable, and cost-effective way to heat their house. The fireplace may be erected immediately on the floor without the need for a hearth thanks to its sleek, subtle trim, which replaces grills and facings. The ProBuilder 72 Linear features a 52 3/4″ wide x 13 3/4″ tall tempered glass viewing surface, platinum glass interior media, sleek linear design, and a stunning flame display. The ProBuilder 72 Linear gas fireplace is available in three different variants, all of which are equal in terms of size, construction, and heat capacity. These models share the same commitment to quality and craftsmanship as our other Fireplace Xtrordinair Premium fireplaces. Each model, however, has unique characteristics to meet your specific wants and preferences. The Fireplace Xtrordinair – ProBuilder 72 Linear gas fireplace comes in three models:

1. Probuilder 72 Linear MV: The Radiant Millivolt model includes a Continuous Pilot system, which keeps the pilot active at all times. This model is a fantastic alternative for anyone who wants a simple heat source that does not require electricity to operate.
2. ProBuilder 72 Linear GSB Basic: The GreenSmart Basic model(GSB) is an excellent energy-efficient choice. It has the GreenSmart pilot system and a remote that allows you to turn the fireplace on/off manually or thermostatically. In thermostat mode, your fireplace will switch on and off as the area need heat. Underlit accent lights are offered as an add-on.
3. ProBuilder 72 Linear Deluxe: The Deluxe variant includes a variable speed fan and underlit accent lights that illuminate the glass media bed. Like the GSB basic model, it also has the GreenSmart pilot system and a remote that controls the flame height, fan speed, and accent lights. The “Deluxe” model additionally includes the Comfort Control feature. With the Comfort Control feature, your fireplace will switch on automatically when the space requires heat; once it reaches the set room temperature, it will begin regulating the flame and heat output down. With the GreenSmart system with Comfort Control, you can enjoy your fireplace without having to turn it on and off while still conserving fuel continuously.

Power Exhaust Vent Kit: Allows you to install our gas fireplaces virtually anywhere in your home by accommodating even the most challenging venting restrictions. This Power Exhaust Vent Kit offers vent lines of up to 100 feet or 50 feet (horizontal or vertical) with a maximum of 12 elbows! This option requires energy to power your fireplace.

CoolSmart TV Wall Kit:  The CoolSmart TV Wall system was designed to redirect the convection heat of the ProBuilder Series Linear Fireplace from the front of the unit, just above the glass, to a location higher on the wall. The CoolSmart TV Wall Kit allows you to safely mount a television over your gas fireplace.
