The Lopi Rockport wood stove brings you the perfect mid-sized cast iron wood stoves in the world! The Rockport wood stove has a maximum BTU output of 55,466 BTU’s, heats up to 2,000 sq. ft, has an overall efficiency of 76.3% with a 10 hour burn time, and combines beautiful European castings with optimum performance. Unlike other cast iron wood stoves, the Rockport provides both radiant and convective heat. It features a large 2.15 cubic foot firebox and can take logs up to 20″.  Features you’re going to love with this wood stove include a large ash pan making cleanup effortless, real kiln-fired refractory firebrick in the firebox, and a single easy-to-use air control making it easier to fine-tune you’re heating needs. The Rockport wood stove features the most efficient wood burning technology globally, known as Hybrid-Fyre technology. Hybrid-Fyre technology highlights the strengths of both catalytic and NexGen-Fyre (non-catalytic) technologies to create an advanced combustion system that burns less wood to generate the highest heat output. Before we can thoroughly explain Hybrid-Fyre technology, we need to explore Lopi’s NexGen-Fyre technology. With NexGen-Fyre technology, pre-heated combustion air helps the glass stay clean, and the stove burns efficiently, secondary air tubes combine the primary and secondary fires in the combustion system, ceramic baffle board and insulation blanket reflect heat re-burning particulates, and the primary and secondary combustion is harnessed to create the ultimate blended combustion system. Lopi’s Hybrid-Fyre technology adds one additional step to NexGen-Fyre technology.
